The invention discloses a dredging engineering bubble type anti-fouling curtain construction method and an anti-fouling curtain. The construction method comprises the following steps of construction preparation, bubble curtain purchase and air compressor type selection and purchase. Assembling and testing bubble curtain equipment on the land; shipping and transporting to a traffic ship; judging how to arrange bubble curtain equipment according to the water flow velocity; two mathematical models are constructed to carry out numerical simulation research on the antifouling mechanism of the bubble curtain, and the bubble distribution of the bubble curtain, the bubble curtain formation, the flow field distribution, the dredged matter concentration distribution and the motion trail of suspended matter particles are quantitatively researched. According to the method, seven key parameters influencing the antifouling effect of the bubble curtain, such as the water flow speed, the wave height, the particle diameter, the orifice diameter, the ventilatory capacity, the curtain arrangement mode and the distance between the two bubble curtains, are determined, the antifouling blocking effect and the failure condition of the bubble curtain are summarized, then model selection and arrangement of the bubble curtain are guided, and the problem of failure of the bubble curtain is avoided.
