The invention provides a pipeline sludge cleaning robot. The pipeline sludge cleaning robot comprises a spiral wheel and a vehicle body, wherein the vehicle body comprises swing arms, a driven swing arm device, a power source, a controller and a driving swing arm device; a frame of the vehicle body is formed by erecting aluminum profiles; the driving swing arm device is installed at the front endof the frame of the vehicle body through T-shaped screws; the driven swing arm device is installed at the rear end of the frame of the vehicle body; an aluminum plate is installed at the bottom of thevehicle body; the power source and the controller are installed on the aluminum plate; four swing arms are provided, the small ends of two of the swing arms are connected with the driving swing arm device through screws, and the small ends of the other two swing arms are connected with the driven swing arm device through screws; and hexagonal holes are formed in the large ends of the swing arms,and the spiral wheel is connected with the swing arms through the hexagonal holes. The pipeline sludge cleaning robot has the beneficial effects that the pipeline sludge cleaning robot can adapt to pipelines with different diameters; slipping can be prevented, and the adaptive capacity is improved; modular installation can be achieved, and convenience is brought to workers; and sludge can be crushed.
