The invention discloses a precise slope-making seamless construction method for an ultra-large concrete flat roof structure. The precise slope-making seamless construction method comprises the following steps of one-time precise slope-making forming of the roof structure, construction section division of a seamless construction method, construction sequence making, concrete preparation, construction joint treatment, construction joint supporting system construction, concrete pouring, smoothing and maintenance and formwork support dismounting. The method has the advantages that the structural concrete is formed through one-time slope making, labor is saved, and many water leakage problems in the later period are avoided; seamless method construction is conducted according to the principlesof partitioning planning, spacer block pouring and integral forming, early stress of concrete is released, constraint of the concrete is fully utilized to reduce strain, a large amount of subsequent work of a post-pouring belt is reduced, and the construction period is shortened; the construction joint support adopts a socket and spigot joint type ring buckle scaffold independent support system, so that the mounting and dismounting of other template support systems are not influenced, and the construction quality of the construction joint is ensured; and concrete is cured in a small self-control water absorption and supply curing mode, cracking of the concrete is prevented, cost is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
