A connecting structure is arranged between a self-healing expansion fiber anti-crack reinforcing band and each non-reinforcing band; the connecting structure comprises an upper dense-hole steel wire mesh, a water stop steel plate and a lower dense-hole steel wire mesh, the water stop steel plate is horizontal and located between the upper dense-hole steel wire mesh and the lower dense-hole steel wire mesh, a plurality of vertical steel bars are fixedly arranged on the upper dense-hole steel wire mesh and the lower dense-hole steel wire mesh, and one ends of the vertical steel bars are fixedly connected with the water stop steel plate. The top and the bottom of the self-healing expansion fiber anti-crack reinforcing band are each provided with a reinforcing mesh, and each reinforcing mesh comprises a plurality of transverse reinforcing steel bars arranged at intervals and a plurality of longitudinal reinforcing steel bars arranged at intervals. And the other end of the vertical steel bar is fixedly connected with a steel bar net.
