The lifting turner of the variable-interval shutter comprises a lifting rolling wheel, a variable-interval turner, a switcher and a base, wherein the base is provided with a central support seat and a right support seat, the lifting rolling wheel, the variable-interval turner and the switcher are coaxially installed on the base, the first ladder belt and thesecond ladder belt are connected to the variable-interval turner, a lifting rope which is used for folding and unfolding the blades of the shutter is wound on the lifting rolling wheel, the switcher is in transmission connection with the lifting rolling wheel and the variable-interval turner, a locking mechanism is arranged in the switcher, and power input between the lifting rolling wheel and thevariable-interval turner can be switched by the switcher through the locking mechanism.
