Method for preparing lithium lanthanum zirconate solid electrolyte by coprecipitation method
The invention relates to a method for preparing a lithium lanthanum zirconate solid electrolyte by a coprecipitation method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a metal ion salt solution A from a lanthanum source and a zirconium source; (2) preparing a precipitant solution B; (3) reacting the solution A with the solution B; (4) aging the reaction liquid; (5) washing until the pH of the supernatant is neutral; (6) drying the washed filter cake to obtain a lithium lanthanum zirconate precursor; (7) mixing the lithium lanthanum zirconate precursor, a lithium source and Al2O3 powder, and sequentially carrying out ball-milling mixing, calcining and natural cooling to obtain lithium lanthanum zirconate powder; and (8) carrying out secondary ball milling on the lithium lanthanum zirconate powder, drying, grinding in a mortar, screening, carrying out compression molding, and firing to obtain the finished product. According to the method for preparing the lithium lanthanum zirconate solid electrolyte through the coprecipitation method, impurity phase generation is reduced, the crystal structure is optimized, the product consistency is improved, and the particle size andmorphology of the lithium lanthanum zirconate solid electrolyte are controllable.
本发明涉及一种共沉淀法制备锆酸镧锂固态电解质的方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将镧源、锆源配制金属离子盐溶液A;(2)配制沉淀剂溶液B;(3)溶液A和溶液B反应;(4)反应液陈化;(5)洗涤,直至上层清液pH为中性;(6)洗涤后的滤饼干燥得到锆酸镧锂前驱体;(7)将锆酸镧锂前驱体、锂源、Al2O3粉末混合后依次经球磨混合、煅烧、自然冷却得到锆酸镧锂粉末;(8)将锆酸镧锂粉末二次球磨烘干,放入研钵研磨后过筛,再依次经压制成型、烧制得到成品。本发明的共沉淀法制备锆酸镧锂固态电解质的方法减少杂质相生成,优化晶体结构,提高产品的一致性,使得锆酸镧锂固态电解质颗粒大小和形貌可控。
