The invention provides a method for preparing high-transmittance lanthanum gadolinium zirconate transparent ceramic by a solid phase method, and belongs to the technical field of transparent ceramic preparation. The method comprises the following steps that 1, precursor powder is prepared through a solid phase method, lanthanum oxide, gadolinium oxide and zirconium oxide powder are mixed to serve as raw materials when the precursor powder is prepared, calcium oxide is added into the mixed raw materials, and the adding amount of the calcium oxide accounts for 0.05-0.10 wt% of the total weight of the mixed powder raw materials; (2) biscuit forming: preparing the precursor powder obtained in the step (1) into a ceramic biscuit by adopting a forming process; and (3) ceramic sintering: sintering the ceramic biscuit prepared in the step (2) in a vacuum environment according to a specific sintering procedure to obtain pure-phase ceramic, annealing the pure-phase ceramic, and polishing to obtain the lanthanum gadolinium zirconate transparent ceramic material. According to the process, the sintering temperature is reduced, the transmittance of the obtained lanthanum gadolinium zirconate transparent ceramic material is high, and the production cost and the energy consumption are greatly reduced.
本发明提供了一种固相法制备高透过率锆酸镧钆透明陶瓷的方法,属于透明陶瓷制备技术领域。本发明方法包括以下步骤:(1)采用固相法制备前驱体粉末,在前驱体粉末制备时以氧化镧、氧化钆和氧化锆粉末混合作为原料,并向混合原料中添加氧化钙,氧化钙的添加量占混合粉末原料总重量的0.05~0.10wt%;(2)素坯成型:采用成型工艺将步骤(1)得到的前驱体粉末制成陶瓷素坯;(3)陶瓷烧结:将步骤(2)制得的陶瓷素坯置于真空环境下按特定的烧结程序烧结为纯相陶瓷,将纯相陶瓷进行退火处理,并抛光,得到锆酸镧钆透明陶瓷材料。本发明工艺降低了烧结温度,获得的锆酸镧钆透明陶瓷材料的透过率高,大大降低了生产成本和能耗。
