The invention discloses a yttrium oxide coating material for sintering a titanium alloy MIM product. The yttrium oxide coating material is prepared by fully and uniformly mixing and defoaming electricsmelting yttrium oxide powder, a film-forming agent, yttrium oxide sol and a dispersing agent, wherein the electric smelting yttrium oxide powder comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40-65% of electric smelting yttrium oxide with a particle size of less than or equal to 180 meshes, 20-40% of electric smelting yttrium oxide with a particle size of less than or equal to 320 meshes and 10-20% of yttrium oxide micropowder with D90 of less than or equal to 10 [mu]m. The invention further provides application of the yttrium oxide coating material in a corundum-mullite burningplate, wherein the surface of a corundum-mullite burning plate is evenly coated with the prepared yttrium oxide coating material through a spray gun, the coated corundum-mullite burning plate is transferred into a drying oven and dries at 120 DEG C for 6-12 hours after natural drying, the temperature is kept in an electric furnace at 1500-1650 DEG C for 3-6 hours, and natural cooling is performedto obtain the yttrium oxide coating corundum-mullite burning plate. The yttrium oxide coating corundum-mullite burning plate is low in production cost, small in expansion coefficient and good in thermal shock resistance, and meets the requirements of an MIM sintering process needing rapid cooling.
本发明公开了一种钛合金MIM制品烧结用氧化钇涂料,由电熔氧化钇粉末、成膜剂、氧化钇溶胶、分散剂充分混匀消泡制成,所述电熔氧化钇粉末包括如下重量百分比的组分:粒度≤180目的电熔氧化钇40~65%,粒度≤320目的电熔氧化钇20~40%,D90≤10um的氧化钇微粉10~20%。本发明还提供了该氧化钇涂料在刚玉‑莫来石承烧板上的应用,用喷枪将调好的氧化钇涂料均匀涂覆在刚玉‑莫来石承烧板表面;自然干燥后,转入烘箱120℃干燥6~12h,然后在电炉内1500~1650℃,保温3~6小时,自然冷却后得到氧化钇涂层刚玉‑莫来石承烧板。本发明的氧化钇涂层刚玉‑莫来石承烧板生产成本低,膨胀系数小,抗热震性好,满足了需要快速冷却的MIM烧结工艺的需要。
