Zirconium-aluminum composite nano ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a zirconium-aluminum composite nano ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding ground ZTA flux mixed slurry into analuminum hydroxide colloid suspension, stirring and mixing, and filtering to obtain a ZTA precursor, wherein ZTA flux mixed slurry comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-15 parts ofzirconium silicate, 0.5-2 part of lanthanum oxide, 0.5-2 part of yttrium oxide, 0.5-2 part of chromium oxide and water; and calcining the ZTA precursor, and carrying out burdening, grinding, granulation, molding and sintering on the calcined ZTA precursor to prepare the zirconium-aluminum composite nano ceramic. The zirconium silicate is used as a raw material, so that the production cost is effectively reduced. The nanoscale uniformly-mixed ZTA ceramic material is obtained through a solution chemical synthesis method, the fracture toughness can reach 6.0 Mpa.m<1/2>, the bending strength reaches 650-700 MPa, and the Vickers hardness HV10 reaches 1650-1700.
本发明公开了一种锆铝复合纳米陶瓷及其制备方法,将经研磨的ZTA熔剂混合浆料加入到氢氧化铝胶体悬浮液中搅拌混合,然后过滤得到ZTA前驱体,所述ZTA熔剂混合浆料包括按重量份计的5‑15份硅酸锆、0.5‑2份氧化镧、0.5‑2份氧化钇、0.5‑2份氧化铬以及水;将ZTA前驱体进行煅烧,然后将煅烧后的ZTA前驱体进行配料、研磨、造粒、成型和烧结,制成锆铝复合纳米陶瓷。本发明采用硅酸锆为原料,有效降低了生产成本。通过溶液化学合成的方法得到纳米级混合均匀的ZTA陶瓷材料,断裂韧性可高达6.0Mpa.m1/2、抗弯强度达650‑700MPa、维氏硬度HV10达1650‑1700。
