The invention provides injection-molded zirconium-aluminum composite ceramic and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method includes the steps that 70-80 parts of 95 ceramic aluminum oxide, 1-30 parts of zirconium oxide, 1-5 parts of yttrium oxide, 1-2 parts of lanthanum oxide and 1-10 parts of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) are mixed, deionized water serves as a solvent, ball milling is conducted to obtain ceramic slurry, the ceramic slurry is dried in a vacuum drying furnace and ground to obtain ceramic powder, the ceramic powder is prepared into a ceramic blank through injection molding, and sintering is carried out after glue discharging in a high-pressure sintering furnace in which a protective atmosphere is introduced to obtain the zirconium-aluminum composite ceramic. The zirconium-aluminum composite ceramic prepared by the invention is simple in preparation method, good in wear resistance, high in fracture toughness and high in bending strength.
本发明提供了一种注塑成型的锆铝复合陶瓷及其制备方法,将70~80份的95瓷氧化铝、1~30份的氧化锆、1~5份氧化钇、1~2份氧化镧和1~10份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)混合后,以去离子水为溶剂,球磨得到陶瓷浆料,真空干燥炉干燥后研磨得到陶瓷粉体,注塑成型制成陶瓷坯体,在通入保护气氛的高压烧结炉中排胶后烧结,得到锆铝复合陶瓷。本发明制备的锆铝复合陶瓷,所采用制备方法简单,陶瓷耐磨性好、断裂韧性高、抗弯强度大。
