Preparation method of carbon/carbon composite material PECVD bearing frame
The invention discloses a preparation method of a carbon/carbon composite material PECVD bearing frame, which comprises the following steps: 1) forming a prefabricated body, namely laying carbon clothand a net tire on a flat needling machine, and performing a needling process to prepare a prefabricated body plate; 2) conducting curing in a vacuum pressure state of an RTM process; 3) carbonizing aresin plate; 4) conducting liquid-phase impregnation and densification; 5) performing high-temperature graphitization treatment; and 6) conducting machining and forming. Compared with the prior art,the carbon/carbon composite material bearing frame used in the invention is a 2.5 D structure prefabricated body plate obtained by needling the prefabricated body, and the mode has the advantages thatthe interlayer bonding force of the prefabricated body is enhanced, and the layering problem is better avoided; and secondly, the RTM process and the liquid-phase impregnation densification process also greatly shorten the production period and reduce the cost of the product.
本发明公开了一种碳/碳复合材料PECVD承载框的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)预制体成型,在平板针刺机上将碳布和网胎进行铺层,做针刺工艺,制成预制体板材;2)RTM工艺真空压力状态下固化;3)树脂板碳化;4)液相浸渍增密;5)高温石墨化处理;6)机加工成型。与现有技术相比,本发明所使用的碳/碳复合材料承载框是通过预制体针刺后得到的2.5D的结构预制体板,这种方式的优势在于加强了预制体的层间结合力,更好的避免了分层问题;其次,RTM工艺和液相浸渍增密工艺也大大缩短了产品的生产周期和成本。
