The invention discloses an on-site pouring method for a bridge superstructure of road engineering, which comprises the following steps: S1, cleaning the top surfaces of piers and bent caps, punching two T-shaped grooves in the top surface, and constructing a temporary bracket on the ground; S2, installing and manufacturing formworks on the bank sides of the two sides, and dividing the upper component formwork into a plurality of parts in proportion; S3, building a temporary support on the top face, the lower end of the temporary support is embedded into the T-shaped groove, using high-strengthbolts for being fixed to the top face of the pier and the top face of the bent cap, and connecting the multiple prefabricated beams transversely; S4, transporting the distributed formworks to the topface of the bridge, installing limiting steel frames above the temporary supports, installing the distributed formworks on the steel frames to be fixed, tensioning steel bars, and the steel bars arefixed to the multiple formworks; S5, after the middle partition plate is poured, performing upper structure concrete pouring; S6, performing beam span wet jointing; S7, concrete curing; and S8, performing mud jacking and anchor sealing, and dismounting the formwork and the temporary support. The formwork is convenient to disassemble, and the working efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种道路工程的桥梁上部构造现场浇注方法,包括如下步骤:S1:墩及盖梁顶面清理,在顶面打通两条T型槽,地面搭建临时支架;S2:在两侧岸边进行模板安装制作,将上部构件模板按比例分配为若干份;S3:顶面搭建临时支座,临时支座下端嵌入T型槽中,使用高强度螺栓与墩及盖梁顶面固定,将多个预制梁横向连接;S4:将分配好的模板分别运输至桥梁顶面,在临时支座上方安装限位钢架,将分配后的模板安装在钢架处进行固定,张拉钢筋,将钢筋分别与若干个模板进行固定;S5:中隔板浇筑后,进行上部结构混凝土浇筑;S6:进行梁跨间湿接头;S7:混凝土养护;S8:压浆封锚,拆除模板和临时支座。其方便对模板进行拆卸,提高工作效率。
