The invention discloses a concrete pouring device for a bridge superstructure of road engineering and a using method thereof. The concrete pouring device comprises a bridge formwork, a movable platform and a connecting platform, wherein the bridge formwork is provided with a steel reinforcement framework in the center, two guide beam supports are arranged at the two ends of the bridge formwork respectively, and a guide beam is arranged at the upper ends of the two guide beam supports; the movable platform is located above the steel reinforcement framework, a feeding frame is arranged at the upper end of the movable platform, and two compaction rollers are arranged at the lower end of the movable platform; and the connecting platform is arranged above the movable platform, two supporting frames are arranged between the connecting platform and the movable platform, and the two supporting frames are located on the two sides of the guide beam correspondingly. Omnibearing and uniform concrete pouring of the superstructure of the bridge is achieved, compaction leveling and covering work is synchronously conducted in the concrete pouring process, and the evenness of concrete after pouringis completed is guaranteed.
