The invention discloses an assembled rainwater collecting device for a sponge city. The assembled rainwater collecting device comprises filtering assemblies, precipitation tanks and a base, wherein anti-skid teeth are mounted at the bottom of the base at an equal interval, the filtering assemblies are fixedly mounted on the two sides of the top of the base correspondingly, water inlet assemblies are movably mounted at the tops of the filtering assemblies correspondingly, the output ends of the filtering assemblies are fixedly provided with drain pipes, and collecting assemblies are movably arranged in the precipitation tanks. According to the invention, the water inlet assemblies are movably mounted at the tops of the filtering assemblies, a supporting frame can be used for supporting filtering tanks, then a guiding tank is used for guiding rainwater, then filtering nets are used for filtering the rainwater, and then the filtered rainwater is guided into the precipitation tanks throughdowncomers, so impurities in the rainwater are prevented from blocking the interior of the downcomers; and after filtering is finished, a well lid is opened through a pull ring, then a worker can disassemble, assemble and clean the filtering nets conveniently, and normal use of the device is guaranteed.
