本发明涉及一种海绵城市用雨水收集装置，有效的解决了滤板堵塞难以清理的问题；其解决的技术方案是，包括第一壳体，第一壳体内的下端面上铰接有左右摆动且开口朝上的V形杆，V形杆左右两侧杆的上端均固定有一个上端开口的矩形盒体，两个盒体在左右方向上的外侧板有排水口，排水口能够打开和关闭；第一壳体的上侧板上有通孔，第一壳体内有一根开口朝下的弧形圆管，圆管的上侧中部有进水孔；本发明通过当滤板堵塞后，盒体上的让位槽口打开，滤板上侧含有杂质的水会经让位槽口流出，同时滤板位于盒体下侧的水会向上挤出，使堵塞滤板的杂物悬浮起来，并随水经让位槽孔排出经收集盒收集，能够解决堵塞在滤板内的杂物难以清除的问题。
