The invention discloses regenerated thermal insulation mortar utilizing biomass ash and a preparation method of the regenerated thermal insulation mortar. The regenerated thermal insulation mortar comprises the following components: mortar aggregate, cement, biomass ash, fly ash, water, a water reducing agent and a cement reinforcing agent; the recycled aggregate is obtained by sorting, crushing,screening, levigating, screening and metering concrete waste, and the biomass ash is obtained by combusting biomass fuel of a power plant. On the premise of not influencing the strength of the mortar,residual biomass ash and multi-source inorganic solid waste recycled aggregate generated by biomass fuel combustion in a power plant or a brick kiln plant are utilized, and the biomass ash has good heat preservation performance and volcanic ash activity and replaces part of cement to serve as a cementing material; and the application of the recycled fine aggregate is of great significance in saving river sand resources and protecting the environment, the production cost is reduced, and good economic, social and environmental benefits are achieved.
本发明公开了一种利用生物质灰的再生保温砂浆及其制备方法，其组分包括砂浆骨料、水泥、生物质灰、粉煤灰、水、减水剂和水泥增强剂；所述再生骨料为混凝土废料经分拣、破碎、筛分、磨细、筛分和计量获得，所述生物质灰为电厂生物质燃料燃烧所得。本发明在不影响砂浆强度的前提下利用了电厂或砖窑厂生物质燃料燃烧残余的生物质灰和多源无机固废再生骨料，其中生物质灰良好的保温性能及火山灰活性，取代部分水泥作为胶凝材料，且再生细骨料的应用对节约河砂资源、保护环境意义重大，降低了生产成本，具有很好的经济、社会和环境效益。
