Environment-friendly admixture concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses environment-friendly admixture concrete and a preparation method thereof. The environment-friendly admixture concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-110 parts of water, 220-260 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 500-600 parts of artificial sand, 700-900 parts of industrial waste stone, 20-35 parts of steel slag powder, 15-30 parts of slag powder, 2-6 parts of a water reducing agent, 45-80 parts of an adsorption purification material and 2-6 parts of a permeable regulator. The preparation method of the environment-friendly admixture concrete comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing the permeable regulator; step 2, pretreating the industrial waste stone; step 3, preparing the adsorption purification material; and step 4, mixing, stirring and homogenizing the water, the ordinary Portland cement, the artificial sand, the industrial waste stone, the steel slag powder, the slag powder, the adsorption purification material and the permeable regulator according to a formula ratio so as to obtain the concrete. The concrete is prepared from industrial waste raw materials; the prepared concrete is good in compressive strength; COD of water can be removed; water quality conditions are improved; and an urban ecological environment is improved.
