The invention discloses a converter repairing material prepared from recycled pleonaste bricks. The converter repairing material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of fused magnesia particles, 25-45 parts of waste pleonaste brick particles, 12-22 parts of fused magnesium powder, 6-12 parts of modified asphalt, 2-8 parts of phenolic resin, 2-8 parts of combustionpromoter and 1-5 parts of an additive and a wetting agent, wherein a mass ratio of the additive to the wetting agent is (3-4): (2-2). Compared with a repairing material in the prior art, the repairingmaterial has the advantage that the recycled pleonaste bricks are processed into particles with different particle sizes for use. By adding the wetting agent, the wrapping effect of the particles anda binding agent can be improved, and dust pollution generated during manufacturing and stirring can be effectively reduced. The asphalt-resin composite bonded repairing material prepared by adoptingthe above scheme has the advantages that sintering time is shorter (generally about 40-50 minutes), the technical problem of recycling of waste refractory materials is solved, and cost is reduced.
