The invention discloses a demolding and hoisting method and device for a slender beam or column, which realizes multipoint self-balancing hoisting of the slender beam or column (13) through a group offixed pulley suspension clasps (8) and a group of movable pulley suspension clasps (10) which are arranged on the demolding and hoisting device and a balance steel wire rope (9) which sequentially penetrates through the fixed pulley suspension clasps (8) and the movable pulley suspension clasps (10), so that bending deformation or breakage of the slender beam or column (13) in the hoisting process is prevented. The demolding and hoisting device with a pulley structure is adopted, so that the friction force between a steel wire rope and a hoisting buckle can be reduced during hoisting, and thestress point can be automatically balanced according to the length of the steel wire rope and the position of a hoisting nail when the hoisting point is stressed. The demolding and hoisting device issimple in structure and easy to machine and operate. The demolding and hoisting device is not affected by the length of a steel wire rope and the height of a hanging nail, and automatic sliding leveling is achieved through the sliding function of pulleys and the stress of stress points. And the hoisting problem of the slender beam or column is better solved.
