The invention discloses a nuclear power station dome demolding and hoisting construction method, and relates to the technical field of nuclear power building construction. Comprising the following steps that temporary accessories built on the dome are dismantled, and the temporary accessories are reserved and installed; the lifting device is moved to the lifting point position, and a lifting hook of the lifting device is lowered in the dome direction; the lifting hook and the dome are connected through a plurality of slings, and the dome is connected with the corresponding counterweight mechanism through a connecting rope; the dome is lifted in situ, and the stress of the slings and the connecting cables is adjusted to be within a set range; continuously lifting the dome, and adjusting the length of the corresponding sling and/or the length of the corresponding connecting cable according to the stress strain of each sling; and when the dome is separated from the lower opening buttress by a set distance and stops shaking, and the lower opening flush degree of the dome and the displacement of the dome and the jig frame are all within the design range, the connection between the connecting cable and the dome is disconnected, and the dome is hoisted to the installation position. The requirement for integral demolding and hoisting of the nuclear power station dome is met.
