After the waste slag modifying additive disclosed by the invention is added into waste slag, the modified waste slag has flexibility and rebound property under the pressing of externalpressure, can reach the strength of concrete, has pressure resistance, has strong resistance to water, and has higher strength under the erosion of water; the modified waste slag can be directly usedas a building material for replacing cement.
