The invention relates to a method for modifying steel slag by using solid waste, aiming at overcoming the defect that the temperature required by reaction must be above 1350 DEG C when silicate minerals are used as a modifying material to modify the steel slag in the prior art. The modification method comprises the following steps: 1, uniformly mixing fly ash and crushed waste glass according to a mass ratio of (1: 1)-(1: 2) to obtain a mixed modifier; 2, uniformly mixing the mixed modifier with liquid steel slag at 1400-1700 DEG C according to a mass ratio of (7: 3)-(9: 1) to obtain a steel slag modifier uniform mixture; 3, the steel slag modifier uniform mixture is subjected to a heat preservation reaction for 15-20 min at the temperature of 1000-1200 DEG C, and after iron-containing minerals are separated out, modified steel slag is obtained. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the fly ash is used for reducing iron in the steel slag, the waste glass is used for treating free calcium oxide in the steel slag, and the waste glass can be melted at 600-800 DEG C, so that the steel slag modification temperature is reduced.
一种利用固废改性钢渣的方法,旨在克服现有技术中硅酸盐矿物作为改性材料来改性钢渣时,反应所需温度必须在1350℃以上的缺点。该改性方法包括以下步骤:一、将粉煤灰与粉碎后的废玻璃以质量比为(1:1)~(1:2)混匀,得到混合改性剂;二、将混合改性剂与1400℃~1700℃的液态钢渣混合均匀,液态钢渣和混合改性剂的质量比为(7:3)~(9:1),得到钢渣改性剂均混物;三、将钢渣改性剂均混物在1000℃~1200℃下保温反应15‑20分钟,分离出含铁矿物后得到改性钢渣。本发明方法中,粉煤灰用于还原钢渣中的铁,废玻璃用于处理钢渣中的自由氧化钙,且废玻璃在600℃~800℃就能融化,降低了钢渣改性的温度。
