The high-strength impermeable concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 200-300 parts of sulphoaluminate cement; 5-10 parts of an impermeable waterproof agent; 900-1000 parts of fine stone; 700-800 parts of sand; 5-10 partsof a water reducing agent; 200-250 parts of water; 5-7 parts of an air entraining agent; and 100-200 parts of fly ash; and the impermeable waterproof agent comprises the following components: EVA redispersible latex powder, water, sodium methylsilanolate, hydrochloric acid, silicon dioxide and calcium oxide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the sulphoaluminate cement, the sand, the fine stone and the fly ash to obtain a mixture A; adding the water reducing agent,the impermeable waterproof agent and the air entraining agent into water, and mixing to obtain a mixtureB; and adding the mixture B into the mixture A, and stirring and mixing. The high-strength impermeable concrete prepared by the invention has the advantages of better impermeability, high strength andthe like.
