The impermeable high-strength concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of cement, 18-30 parts of water, 60-100 parts of river sand, 90-120 parts of stones, 9-20 parts of coal ash powder, 2-5 parts of gypsum, 2-5 parts of calcium oxide, 1-5 parts of rubber particles, 2-6 parts of quartz sand, 3-8 parts of a fiber material and 1-4 parts of an additive. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring the river sand and the stones, adding the cement, the coal ash powder, the gypsum, the calcium oxide, the rubber particles, the quartz sand and the fiber material, performing uniform stirring, adding the water and the additive which are uniformly mixed and stirred, and performing uniform mixing and stirring to obtain the concrete. The components of the impermeable high-strength concrete cooperate with one another and have a synergistic effect, the density of the concrete is improved, the porosity is reduced, pores are cut off, and therefore the anti-permeability and strength of the concrete are improved.
