The invention discloses a preparation process for quick-drying cement. The quick-drying cement is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 650-850 parts of cement clinker, 90-140parts of coal ash, 30-60 parts of silicon powder, 20-40 parts of superfine slag, 100-150 parts of gypsum, 15-25 parts of a calcium chloride/sodium nitrite complexing agent and 20-80 parts of auxiliaries. The initial setting time of the quick-drying cement is within 3 minutes, the final setting time is within 5 minutes, and the 28d compressive strength reaches 95.3 MPa. Compared with common cement,the setting time of the quick-drying cement is greatly shortened by the provided technical scheme, and the compression resistance is remarkably improved.
