Carbon fiber thermal insulation material and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of carbon fiber ceramic composite materials, and particularly relates to a carbon fiber thermal insulation material and a preparation method thereof. The carbon fiber thermal insulation material comprises at least one layer of carbon fiber non-woven stacking felt body, phenolic resin; and one or more of carbon black micro-powder spheres, silicon carbidemicro-powder spheres and hollow ceramic microspheres; one or more of the carbon black micro-powder spheres, the silicon carbide micro-powder spheres and the hollow ceramic micro-spheres are filled ingaps in the carbon fiber non-woven stacking felt body; and the carbon fiber thermal insulation material is also subjected to quasi-graphitization treatment. By adding the carbon black micro-powder spheres, the silicon carbide micro-powder spheres and/or the hollow ceramic micro-spheres, more micropores are formed in the carbon fiber non-woven stacked felt body, so that the carbon fiber non-wovenstacked felt body has higher scattering and absorbing effects on infrared radiation, and the high-temperature radiation conductivity of the material is remarkably reduced.
