The invention discloses an efficient highway subgrade maintenance pavement crack pouring device. An auxiliary cutting part of the efficient highway subgrade maintenance pavement crack pouring device sequentially comprises a hydraulic rod, a cylindrical gear, a vertical sliding rotating shaft, a bevel-gear-shaped driving gear and groove expanding assemblies from top to bottom in a rack, wherein thegroove expanding assemblies are arranged in a bilateral symmetry mode. The groove expanding assembly comprises a horizontal sliding rotating shaft, a cylindrical spring, a gasket, an auxiliary cutterand a bevel-gear-shaped driven gear, the bottom of a gear tooth gap of the driving gear is fixedly connected with rolling wheels installed on sliding rods, and all the sliding rods extend into the driving gear in a sliding fit mode and make smooth contact with the bottom end face of a sliding column capable of vertically sliding in the driving gear. The top end of the sliding column is connectedwith a compression spring, in the downward moving process of the driving gear, the rolling wheel makes extrusion contact with the top faces of gear teeth of the driven gear, and the length of the portion, capable of sliding into the driving gear, of the sliding rod needs to allow the driving gear and the driven gear to be kept in a standard meshing state. After crack pouring of pavement cracks isconducted, the crack pouring effect is good, and the durability is high.

本发明公开了一种高效的公路路基养护路面灌缝装置，其副切削部件在机架内由上至下依次包括液压杆、柱形齿轮、竖直滑转轴、伞齿轮状的主动齿轮以及左右对称布置的扩槽组件；扩槽组件包括水平滑转轴、圆柱弹簧、垫圈、副切刀和伞齿轮状的从动齿轮，主动齿轮的轮齿间隙的底部固接有安装在滑杆上的滚轮，所有滑杆均滑动配合地伸入到主动齿轮内且与主动齿轮内能竖直滑动的滑动柱的底端面光滑接触，所述滑动柱的顶端与压缩弹簧连接，在所述主动齿轮下移过程中，所述滚轮与从动齿轮的轮齿顶面挤压接触，且滑杆能滑入主动齿轮内的长度须允许主动齿轮和从动齿轮保持标准啮合的状态。本发明进行路面裂缝的灌缝后，灌缝效果好，耐久性高。
