The invention provides a highway subgrade maintenance pavement crack pouring device. The device comprises a crack pouring vehicle and a mixture box arranged at the upper end of the crack pouring vehicle, and a cache box and a temporary storage box are arranged on the two sides of the mixture box correspondingly; a screening tank is arranged on the rear end face of the mixture box, and a discharging port is formed in the lower end of the screening tank; a material receiving box is arranged below the screening tank, a discharging turning plate is arranged on the front end face of the material receiving box, and the discharging turning plate is movably connected with the material receiving box through a hinge; a material mixing bin is arranged in the center of the interior of the mixture box, a water storage bin is arranged outside the material mixing bin, and the water storage bin and the material mixing bin are both integrally formed with the mixture box. The purpose of repairing pavement cracks by using a mixture of cement and gravel particles in the cracks is achieved, so that the use of an asphalt material is replaced, and the problem that the body health of workers and passersby is influenced in the use process of asphalt is fundamentally solved.

本发明公开了一种公路路基养护路面灌缝装置，包括：灌缝车，以及所述灌缝车上端设置有的混合料箱，所述混合料箱的两侧分别设置有缓存箱和暂存箱；筛料罐，其设置在所述混合料箱的后端面上，所述筛料罐的下端设置有排料端口；接料箱，其设置在所述筛料罐的下方，所述接料箱的前端面上设置有出料翻板，且出料翻板与接料箱通过铰链活动连接；混料仓，其设置在所述混合料箱的内部中心位置，所述混料仓的外部设置有蓄水仓，且蓄水仓和混料仓均与混合料箱一体成型设置。其实现了用水泥和裂缝中碎石颗粒的混合料来修补路面裂缝的目的，从而替代了沥青材料的使用，根本上解决了沥青在使用的过程中影响工作人员及路人身体健康的问题。
