Reconstruction and reinforcement method for highway bridge cantilever structure
The invention discloses a reconstruction and reinforcement method for a highway bridge cantilever structure, which comprises the following steps: S1, milling an asphalt layer on a top plate in a rangeabove a cantilever arm of an old box girder, and removing the top layer part of the top plate to expose a contact surface which is a concave-convex surface with a height difference of not less than 6mm; S2, after the contact surface is cleaned up, laying a reinforcing mesh which is transversely and longitudinally distributed on the contact surface, and meanwhile pre-burying guardrail reinforcingsteel bars needed by a new guardrail; S3, pouring high-performance concrete on the contact surface, so that the reinforcing mesh is buried in the high-performance concrete, and a high-performance concrete layer is formed through maintenance and molding; and S4, performing pavement, and completing transformation and reinforcement. The construction position of the transformation and reinforcement method is mainly located on the top of the box girder and the bridge floor, the construction process is simple, large construction equipment is not needed, the construction efficiency can be effectivelyimproved, the bearing capacity after reinforcement is obviously improved, and the application requirement of development can be met.
本发明公开了一种公路桥梁悬挑结构的改造加固方法,包括以下步骤:S1:对旧箱梁挑臂上方范围的顶板上的沥青层进行铣刨处理,将所述顶板的顶层部分刨去,露出接触面,所述的接触面为高差不小于6mm的凹凸面;S2:将所述的接触面清理干净后,在接触面上铺设横纵分布的钢筋网,同时预埋设置新护栏所需的护栏钢筋;S3:在所述的接触面上浇注高性能砼,使所述的钢筋网埋于所述的高性能砼之中,经养护成型形成高性能砼层;S4:进行路面铺装,完成改造加固。该改造加固方法的施工位置主要位于箱梁顶以及桥面之上,施工过程简单、无需依赖大型施工设备,能够有效加快施工效率,并且加固后的承载能力提高明显,能适应发展的应用需求。
