Advancing type horizontal grouting construction method for intercity subway
The invention particularly relates to an advancing type horizontal grouting construction method for an intercity subway. The method is characterized by comprising step 1, constructing a grout stoppingwall on the side slope surface of the highway; 2, forming a hole in the grout stopping wall to mount an orifice pipe, forming a hole by adopting a horizontal geological drilling machine, and performing segmented forward drilling and grouting construction in the orifice pipe; wherein the footage of each cycle is controlled to be 3m-5m; 3, after hole forming, withdrawing the drill rod, installing aflange plate and a grouting pipe for grouting, 4, after grout is solidified, dismounting the flange plate, and then conducting drilling and grouting; and 5, repeatedly executing the steps 3 and 4 till the drilling and grouting depth meets the design requirement. The construction method can meet the requirements of roadbed settlement control in the excavation process of tunnels below roadbeds of most cities. Meanwhile, by adopting the advancing type horizontal grouting reinforcement mode provided by the invention, the effect of reinforcing the roadbed of the road can be achieved, slurry veinsare clear and densely distributed after reinforcement, and the safety of a tunnel face and a road surface in the tunnel excavation process can be guaranteed.
本发明具体是一种用于城际地铁的前进式水平注浆施工方法;其特征是:包括步骤1、在高速路边坡面施做止浆墙;步骤2、在止浆墙上开孔安装孔口管,采用水平地质钻机成孔,在孔口管内分段向前钻注施工;每一循环进尺控制在3m~5m;步骤3、成孔后退出钻杆,安装法兰盘及注浆管进行注浆,步骤4、待浆液凝固后拆除法兰盘,再进行钻孔、注浆;步骤5、循环重复步骤3~4,直到钻进和注浆深度达到设计要求;本施工方法可以满足大多数城市的道路路基下方隧道开挖过程中路基沉降控制的要求。同时,采用本发明所提出的前进式水平注浆加固方式可以达到对道路路基加固的效果,加固后浆脉清晰,分布密实,可以保证隧道开挖过程中掌子面、路面的安全。
