Steel sheet pile cofferdam and dismantling method thereof
The steel sheet pile cofferdam comprises a plurality of steel sheet piles, the two ends, in the length direction, of each steel sheet pile are a pile pressing end and a ground drilling end correspondingly, locking openings are formed in the two sides, in the length direction, of each steel sheet pile correspondingly, and the multiple steel sheet piles are sequentially arranged and enclosed. The two locking openings, close to each other, of every two adjacent steel sheet piles are buckled with each other. The surface of the steel sheet pile is further provided with a stress part in a protrudingmode, the stress part extends in the length direction of the steel sheet pile, the stress part is provided with an open hole in the surface of the pile pressing end of the steel sheet pile, the openhole extends in the direction from the stress part to the ground drilling end of the steel sheet pile, and the inner wall of the open hole is provided with at least one clamping hole. Compared with the pile pressing end of the steel sheet pile, at least one clamping hole is close to the ground drilling end of the steel sheet pile. According to the technical scheme, the dismounting difficulty of the steel sheet piles can be reduced, and the dismounting efficiency of the steel sheet pile cofferdam is improved.
本发明公开一种钢板桩围堰及其拆除方法,其中,钢板桩围堰包括:多个钢板桩,所述钢板桩长度方向上的两端分别为压桩端和钻地端,所述钢板桩沿长度方向的两侧均设有锁口,多个所述钢板桩依次排列并围合,且相邻两个所述钢板桩上相互靠近的两个所述锁口相互扣接;其中,所述钢板桩的表面还凸设有受力部,所述受力部沿所述钢板桩的长度方向延伸,所述受力部在所述钢板桩的压桩端的表面开设有开孔,且所述开孔沿所述受力部朝所述钢板桩的钻地端的方向延伸,所述开孔的内壁开设有至少一卡孔,且相较于所述钢板桩的压桩端,至少一所述卡孔靠近所述钢板桩的钻地端。本发明技术方案能够降低钢板桩的拆除难度,提高钢板桩围堰的拆除效率。
