The invention discloses a construction method for rebuilding an existing building basement bottom plate. The construction method comprises the steps that S1, a part of original bottom plate is dismantled, and a first joint face, a second joint face and a third joint face are formed by the remaining bottom plate; S2, concrete and earthwork below the dismantled bottom plate are dug out, meanwhile, part of the concrete and earthwork below the remaining bottom plate are dug out, and a reserved space is formed below the remaining bottom plate; S3, a waterproof material is used for filling; and S4,a newly-built bottom plate is constructed to be connected with the remaining bottom plate. According to the construction method, by means of turning and extending of the joint of the remaining bottomplate and the newly-built bottom plate and the water stopping performance of the multiple water swelling sealing strips, it is guaranteed that the self-waterproof performance of the joint faces of thenewly-built bottom plate reaches the waterproof effect of a pre-buried water stopping steel plate during conventional first-time construction; and an advanced water stopping bag and a prepared drainage guide pipe are used in an assisted mode, the water stop effect is further enhanced, the possible water seepage hidden danger is prevented, the waterproof effect of the joint surfaces of the rebuiltbottom plate can be guaranteed through a simple construction structure, and the construction cost is saved.
本发明公开一种既有建筑地下室底板再建的施工方法,包括步骤:S1、拆除部分原有底板,剩余底板形成第一接缝面、第二接缝面与第三接缝面;S2、挖除被拆除底板下方的混凝土和土方,同时挖除部分剩余底板下方的混凝土和土方,剩余底板的下方形成预留空间;S3、填充防水材料;S4、构造新建底板与剩余底板相接。本申请中,通过剩余底板与新建底板的接缝的转折延长及利用多道遇水膨胀止水条止水性能,保证了再建底板接缝面自防水性能达到常规首次施工时预埋止水钢板式的防水效果,并辅以超前止水包与预备疏水导管,进一步加强止水效果并预防可能产生的渗水隐患,使再建底板接缝面的防水效果通过简单的施工结构就能得到保证,节约了施工成本。
