The invention discloses a wall smearing device capable of conveniently regulating and controlling the cement proportion. The wall smearing device comprises a cement smearing machine, wherein a cementstorage cavity is formed in the upper side in the cement smearing machine, and cement baffle cavities which communicate with each other and are symmetrical left and right are formed in the lower sideof the cement storage cavity. According to the wall smearing device, the mode that bagged cement is processed and then smeared on a wall and scraped to be flat is adopted, a cement processing device is used for regulating and controlling the proportion, thus a high-quality cement mixture with the moderate viscosity is obtained, and the using viscosity of the cement is controlled conveniently; thecement smearing device is used for conducting cement wall rolling treatment on the wall, thus the cement mixture is evenly smeared on the surface of the wall, then the wall is protected and decorated,the cement smearing time is saved, and the operation process is optimized; and meanwhile, the cement mixture falling during smearing can further be recycled, waste of the cement mixture is reduced, resources are saved, and the effect is good.
