The invention relates to a post-tensioning prestressed tendon construction method based on a jump warehouse method. The post-tensioning prestressed tendon construction method comprises the following steps that a previous batch of concrete blocks of a concrete structure are constructed by adopting the jump warehouse method, and a first anchoring end hole for tensioning the next batch of concrete blocks is reserved; the next batch of concrete blocks are constructed between the adjacent previous batch of concrete blocks, and a second anchoring end hole for tensioning the previous batch of concrete blocks is reserved; when the previous batch of concrete blocks reach the tensioning strength, first prestressed tendons and the second anchoring end hole are used for performing the previous batch of prestressed tensioning; and when the next batch of concrete blocks reach the tensioning strength, second prestressed tendons and the first anchoring end hole are used for performing the next batch of prestressed tensioning. According to the post-tensioning prestressed tendon construction method based on the jump warehouse method, a jump warehouse method and a post-tensioning method are combined,construction gaps are fully utilized, idle waiting caused by concrete curing and the process sequence is avoided, the construction period is short, and the efficiency is high.
本发明涉及一种基于跳仓法的后张法预应力筋施工方法,包括如下步骤:采用跳仓法施工混凝土结构的前一批次混凝土分块、并预留供后一批次混凝土分块张拉用的第一锚固端洞口;于相邻前一批次混凝土分块之间施工后一批次混凝土分块、并预留供前一批次混凝土分块张拉用的第二锚固端洞口;待前一批次混凝土分块达到张拉强度时,利用第一预应力筋及第二锚固端洞口进行前一批次预应力张拉;待后一批次混凝土分块达到张拉强度时,利用第二预应力筋及第一锚固端洞口进行后一批次预应力张拉。本发明将跳仓法和后张法相结合,充分利用施工间隙,避免了混凝土养护和工艺先后顺序造成的闲置等待,工期短,效率高。
