The steel pipe welding device comprises a movable sliding rail, welding boxes arearranged on the lower end face of the movable sliding rail in a bilateral symmetry and sliding mode, a steel pipe is arranged in the movable sliding rail, a welding sliding rail is fixedly arranged onthe inner wall of the upper side of each welding box, welding air cylinders are evenly arranged on the lower end face of each welding sliding rail in a sliding mode, and welding pistons are arrangedon the lower end surfaces of the welding air cylinders. After the steel pipe welding device is used, the steel pipe welding device is installed at the position of the pipe to be welded and can automatically discharge soil on the lower side, manual soil discharging is not needed, the pipe is wrapped and automatically welded after soil discharging is completed, and the situation that the body is injured due to long-time manual welding operation is avoided.
