Technological method for solving blank burning and exposing of ceramic wine bottle glaze
The invention discloses a process method for solving blank exposure caused by glaze firing of a ceramic wine bottle, and belongs to the technical field of glaze firing processes of ceramic wine bottles. The glaze is prepared by the following steps: 1, pretreating a wine bottle green body, drying the wine bottle green body, and coating the surface and edges of the wine bottle green body with a coating; 2, applying inner glaze to the wine bottle green body; 3, performing low-temperaturebiscuiting on the wine bottle green body; 4, carrying out low-temperature biscuiting on an upper middle layer and a middle layer outside the wine bottle green body; 5, glazing the wine bottle green body; 6, carrying out high-temperature once-firing on the wine bottle green body; 7, filling external cracks of the wine bottle green body. By controlling the expansion coefficients of the wine bottle green body, the inner glaze and the outer glaze, the inner glaze is smooth and does not crack, the outer glaze cracks uniformly, and in order to ensure that tensile stress generated by cracking of the outer glaze does not directly act on the green body to cause cracking of the green body, a middle layer needs to be used for buffering between the outer glaze and the wine bottle green body; therefore, the fired inner glaze is free of cracks, and the wine body sealing storage function is achieved.
