The invention discloses a multidirectional adjustment method for a magnetic suspension fastener. The magnetic suspension fastener is used for fixing a steel sleeper on a rail bearing table, the magnetic suspension fastener comprises an elastic backing plate and an iron backing plate which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, the steel sleeper is fixed on the iron backing plate through a first fastener, and the iron backing plate and the elastic backing plate are fixed on the rail bearing table through a second fastener. The method comprises the steps that a height adjusting base plateused for achieving vertical distance adjustment is arranged between the elastic backing plate and a rail bearing table; a buffer distance adjusting block used for achieving longitudinal distance adjustment is nested in the iron backing plate, and a second fastener penetrates through the buffer distance adjusting block; and a sliding groove is formed in the width direction of the iron backing plate so that the bottom of the first fastener is located in a sliding groove and slides along the sliding groove. The multi-directional adjustable function, including vertical, longitudinal and transverse three-dimensional adjustment, of a tramcar fastener is achieved, and the adjustment requirement in an operation process can be met.
