The invention discloses a special-shaped pavement concrete side form system. The system comprises a fixing assembly and a long-strip-shaped rectangular rubber block, and a plurality of cold-drawn steel wires are arranged in the rubber block in the length direction. The fixing assembly comprises a head fixing clamp, a bottom fixing clamp and a positioning steel chisel, a groove is formed in the head fixing clamp, the upper side edge of the rubber block is embedded into the groove, the upper side edge of the rubber block can be detachably fixed to the head fixing clamp through the groove, and afirst fixing hole is formed in the head fixing clamp; and the bottom fixing clamp is in an L shape, and a second fixing hole is formed in the bottom fixing clamp. According to the side form system, the rubber block is adopted as a formwork, the cold-drawn steel wires are used as a supporting framework of the rubber block, the rubber block is promoted to have the deformation capacity to adapt to the side edge shape of special-shaped concrete, good supporting force can also be achieved to maintain the side edge shape of the concrete, an existing brick form is replaced, recycling is achieved, andnatural resources and the construction cost are saved.
本发明公开了一种异形路面混凝土边模系统，包括固定组件和呈长条矩形的橡胶块，橡胶块内部沿长方向设置有若干条冷拉钢丝；固定组件包括头部固定卡、底部固定卡以及定位钢钎，所述头部固定卡上开设有一个凹槽，该凹槽供橡胶块的上侧边嵌入，橡胶块的上侧边可通过凹槽与头部固定卡实现可拆卸固定，且头部固定卡上开设有第一固定孔；所述底部固定卡呈L型，底部固定卡上开设有第二固定孔。该边模系统采用橡胶块作为模板，利用冷拉钢丝作为橡胶块的支撑骨架，促使橡胶块既具有了变形的能力以适应异形混凝土的侧边形状，又能够具有较好的支撑力以维持混凝土的侧边形状，替代了现有的砖模，实现回收利用，节约了自然资源以及施工成本。
