The invention provides a layered water taking structure suitable for a high water head and small flow. The layered water taking structure comprises a cylindrical water inlet tower body, wherein the water inlet tower body is arranged underwater and close to the side of a reservoir; a plurality of horizontal layered water taking pipelines are arranged in the water inlet tower body; the tail ends ofthe horizontal layered water taking pipelines are connected with a water taking main pipe; the water taking main pipe is vertically arranged outside the water inlet tower body; an energy dissipation tank is arranged at an outlet of the water taking main pipe; an outlet of the energy dissipation tank is connected with a non-pressure water delivery tunnel; a plurality of energy dissipation pore plates are arranged on the water taking main pipe; and each energy dissipation pore plate is correspondingly arranged between two adjacent horizontal layered water taking pipelines. The layered water taking structure is mainly suitable for small-flow water taking engineering, and has the technical advantages of reasonable structure, practical function, safety and convenience in operation and investment saving compared with the traditional method.
