The invention relates to a desliming system and a desliming method for overcoming adsorption force through large-area sludge entering of a structural box body. The desliming system is characterized bycomprising a lower floating body, a high-pressure water pump set, a nozzle set and a high-pressure flow channel set. According to the desliming system, the lower floating body is arranged on a pile leg, during platform operation, the lower floating body serves as a support to improve the stability of a ship body, and after operation is completed, due to the existence of the lower floating body, the gravity of the ship body is well dispersed, pile pulling force is evenly dispersed, and the lower floating body ascends more stably; due to the increase of the sludge entering area, the adsorptionforce of the corresponding sludge to the platform is more dispersed and smaller, when the high-pressure water pump set injects water flow into the contact surface of the lower floating body and the sludge, the contact surface between the platform and the sludge is reduced, the adsorption force is reduced, and the platform is easier to separate from the sludge constraint; and water outlet of nozzleunits can be remotely controlled, and if a part of the lower floating body is stuck in sludge, water can be independently injected into a problem area to assist in desliming.
本发明涉及一种结构箱体大面积入泥克服吸附力脱泥系统及其方法,其特征在于:包括下浮体、高压水泵组、喷嘴组和高压流道组;本发明中在桩腿上布置下浮体,平台作业时,下浮体作为支撑增加船体稳性,作业完成后,由于下浮体的存在,船体重力得到很好的分散,拔桩力均匀分散,下浮体上升更稳;入泥面积的增加,相应淤泥对平台的吸附力也更分散且更小,当高压水泵组将水流注入下浮体与淤泥接触面时,平台与淤泥间的接触面减小,吸附力减小,使平台更易脱离淤泥束缚;喷嘴单元出水可遥控,若出现下浮体部分区域卡死在淤泥内的情况,可单独对问题区域注水,辅助脱泥。
