According to the installation method, construction area of the underground space canbe reduced, the construction cost is reduced, meanwhile, the support structure can be arranged step by step in the construction process, and the beneficial effect of improving the safety coefficient of the whole construction process is achieved.
本发明涉及深基坑施工领域,特别是一种深基坑装配式钢支护结构的安装方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:S1、勘定深基坑尺寸和深度,并按每一节支护钢模的尺寸选择支护钢模节数;S2、拼接每组支护钢模;S3、划定施工区域并放线,向下开挖,每挖掘至设定垂直距离时,吊装一节支护钢模;S4、每下沉一层支护钢模,上下两层支护钢模之间通过角撑匹配相对位置并通过螺栓紧固;S5、每层支护钢模的四个支护板的相邻支护板之间通过安装斜撑进行加固稳定;S6、挖掘施工完成后安装门板。本公开能够减少地下空间的施工面积,降低施工成本,同时能够在施工过程中逐步安装支护结构,达到提高施工全过程的安全系数的有益效果。
