Byarranging the rotating device and starting the motor, the shaft rod drives the frame body to rotate, then the stirring rod rotates in the horizontal direction, the stirring rod can rotate in the vertical direction through the rotating device, thus the stirring rod can rotate in the vertical direction while rotating in the horizontal direction, the stirring efficiency of sludge in the box body canbe improved, and impurities and stones in the sludge are crushed, so that pipeline blockage is prevented.
