The invention relates to the field of hydraulic engineering, in particular to a sludge cleaning device for hydraulic engineering construction. The sludge cleaning device for hydraulic engineering construction comprises a sedimentation tank, a cleaning assembly, a moving mechanism and a lifting assembly, wherein a supporting frame is installed at the bottom of the sedimentation tank; a discharging opening is formed in the side wall of the sedimentation tank; a sealing plate is clamped onto the inner wall of the discharging opening; the cleaning assembly used for scraping sludge out of the sedimentation tank is installed in the sedimentation tank; the moving mechanism used for driving the cleaning assembly to slide back and forth is installed in the sedimentation tank; and the lifting assembly used for enabling the reset cleaning assembly to be separated from the inner bottom wall of the sedimentation tank to prevent sludge from being pushed back is installed in the sedimentation tank.
