The faucet comprises a water outlet pipe and a tap water pipe, wherein the water outlet pipe is connected with the tap water pipe through a valve, a first mounting block is fixedly connected to the bottom wall of the tap water pipe in a penetrating mode, a buffer plate is sleeved in the first mounting block in a sealed and sliding mode, an L-shaped pipe is fixedly connected to the first mounting block in a penetrating mode, a permanent magnet is sleeved in the L-shaped pipe in a sealed and sliding mode, a first spring is fixedly connected between the permanent magnet and the inner side wall of the L-shaped pipe, one section of the water outlet pipe is located in the ground, the other section of the water outlet pipe is located outside the ground, a water storage device is arranged on the section, located in the ground, of the water outlet pipe, and an electric power storage device is arranged on the buffer plate.
