Steel bar joint and prefabricated part assembling connector
The invention relates to a steel bar joint and prefabricated part assembling connector. The assembling connector has the advantages of being simple in structure, practical, easy to operate, low in cost and the like compared with an existing similar steel bar connecting device. The connector can be used for connecting steel bars, also can be used for splicing installation of fabricated buildings and finished components, and has great popularization and promotion significance. The assembling connector is mainly composed of an upper cap, a lower cap, a connector body and a special clamping spring. According to the connecting principle, vertical force of butt joint steel bars is converted into transverse force through the arc-shaped face (or the inclined face) of the connector, the special clamping spring is easily punched open, after the connector is limited, the special clamping spring just clamps the 'neck' of the connector, the connector is firmly clamped and fixed through the contraction force of the special clamping spring, and therefore the steel bars are easily connected on site. During installation, epoxy resin is injected into the upper cap and the lower cap, so that the tensile force and the durability of the connector can be improved.
本发明涉及一种钢筋接头及预制构件拼装连接器,本发明相对于以往类似钢筋连接发明,具有构造简单、实用、易操作、成本低等优点。本连接器不但可以用于连接钢筋,还可以用于装配式建筑及成品构件拼接安装。具有非常大的普及推广意义。本发明主要由上帽、下帽、连接头、专用卡簧组成。连接原理是:利用连接头的弧形面(或斜面)将对接钢筋的竖向力转化为横向力,达到轻松冲开专用卡簧,在连接头到达限位后,专用卡簧刚好卡住连接头的“颈部”,利用专用卡簧的自身收缩力将连接头卡牢固定,从而实现钢筋在现场轻松连接。安装时在上帽和下帽内注入环氧树脂,可以达到增加连接器的拉力和耐久性。
