The invention relates to a high-strength steel bar joint and a prefabricated part splicing connector. The problems that the field binding and connecting efficiency of steel bars is low, the cost is high, and the quality is not easy to guarantee can be solved. The connection requirements of steel bars with different strength grades can be met; and a house can be spliced and built like building blocks. According to the high-strength steel bar joint and the prefabricated part splicing connector, a connection mode of arranging two or more than two special clamp springs is adopted, and corresponding connectors are designed into two or more than two clamp neck positions for connection; by adopting the fishbone type steel bar connector series-connection combination design, the connection requirements of high-strength steel bars with different strengths can be met; and according to the connecting principle, a special clamping spring in a connecting cap is pushed downwards (or forwards) by means of the conical face of the connector, and after limiting is achieved, the corresponding neck portion of the connector is clamped by means of the contraction force of the special clamping spring, so that on-site splicing and butt joint of steel bars or parts are achieved.
本发明涉及一种高强钢筋接头及预制构件拼装连接器,能解决钢筋现场绑扎连接效率低,费用高,质量不易保证的问题;能够满足不同强度等级钢筋的连接需要;可以实现盖房子像搭积木一样进行拼接建造;本发明采用设置两道或者两道以上专用卡簧的连接方式,并将对应的连接头设计成两道或者两道以上的卡住“颈部”位置进行连接;采用这种“鱼刺式”的钢筋连接器串连组合设计,可以满足不同强度的高强钢筋连接需求;连接原理是:利用连接头的锥形面“向下(或向前)”推进撑开连接帽内的专用卡簧,在到达限位后,利用专用卡簧的自身收缩力卡住连接头的对应“颈部”,实现钢筋或构件在现场的拼装对接。
