The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a shaped liftable steel frame operating platform for an elevator shaft. The platform is consists of two platforms hinged with each other and is structurally characterized in that two symmetrical rectangular steel plates form a platform plate surface; a closed frame is fixedly connected with the periphery of theplatform plate surface respectively; main keels and auxiliary keels which are arranged in a criss-cross mode are arranged on the platform plate surface in the frame; supporting and positioning devices with balance weight levers are arranged at the two ends of each platform main keel respectively; the adjacent long edges of the two platforms are hinged together through a hinge base; after the twoplatforms are unfolded, long frames attached to each other are fixedly connected into a whole through evenly-distributed bolts to form an integral operation platform; lifting lugs are fixedly connected with the four corners of the operation platform respectively; and the total length of the outer ends of lever resisting arms of the lifting lugs is larger than the total length of elevator wellheadsof corresponding floors. The shaped liftable steel frame operating platform for the elevator shaft is reasonable in structure, easy and convenient to operate, convenient to hoist and high in strength, potential safety hazards existing in field operation are eradicated, and safety is improved.
本发明涉及及建筑施工技术领域,特别是一种电梯井定型化可提升型钢架操作平台,操作平台由两只相互铰接的平台构成,其结构为由两块对称的长方形钢板构成平台板面,其周边上分别固接着封闭的边框,边框内的平台板面上设置着纵横交错的主龙骨和次龙骨,在每只平台主龙骨的两端分别设置着具有配重杠杆的支撑定位装置,两只平台相邻的长边处通过铰接座铰接在一起,两只平台展开后,其相互贴合的长边框通过均布设置的螺栓固接为一体,形成一个整体操作平台,在操作平台的四个角上分别固接着吊耳,其杠杆阻力臂的外端总长度均大于相对应的楼层电梯井口。本发明结构合理,操作简便,吊运方便,强度高,杜绝现场作业存在的安全隐患,提升安全性。
