The invention provides an integral vertical tower reinforcing rod. The integral vertical tower reinforcing rod comprises a sleeve assembly, threaded lead screws and telescopic rods, wherein the threaded lead screws are mounted on the two sides in the sleeve assembly in a threaded mode correspondingly, and the telescopic rods are arranged at the outer ends of the two sets of threaded lead screws correspondingly; each telescopic rod comprises a sleeving pipe and an inserting rod, wherein the inserting rod is movably inserted into the sleeving pipe, a connector is arranged at the outer end of theinserting rod, and a fixing plate is mounted at the outer end of the connector and comprises an L-shaped fixing plate body and a Z-shaped fixing plate body; and a plurality of sets of first fixing holes are formed in the side wall of each sleeving pipe.
