The horizontal heights of the rainwater collecting plates are equal, and the horizontal heights of the rainwater collecting plates are larger than the horizontal height of the first water storage tank; the rainwater collecting plates are of funnel-shaped structures; a filterscreen is arranged at the upper end parts of the flow guide pipes; an overflow pipe is arranged in the drip irrigation pipe, one end of the overflow pipe is connected to the water outlet of the waterpump, the end, connected with the water pump, of the overflow pipe and the drip irrigation pipe are in a sealed state, an overflow groove is formed in the side wall of the overflow pipe, and an opening of the overflow groove faces upwards; and a water falling hole is formed in the drip irrigation pipe and faces the under direction. The device has the effects of improving the utilization rate of awater source and further saving the water resource.
