The invention discloses a dry-process kiln large-scale production-increasing ammonia-escape-free denitration and consumption-reducing system, and relates to the technical field of cement production. Apyrolyzing furnace, a C6 cyclone and a C0-grade cyclone are added on the basis of an original dry-process cement kiln production line preheater, so that materials can be completely decomposed, the heat consumption of the system is reduced, and the efficiency of a rotary kiln is improved; and therefore, the yield is improved and the coal consumption is reduced. When the NOX flue gas emission indexis smaller than 200 mg/m<3>, no denitration agent is used, and ammonia-escape-free denitration is truly achieved. By additionally arranging a first-stage C6 cyclone cylinder, an original mode of feeding a raw material fed into a rotary kiln by a C5 cyclone cylinder is changed into a mode of using the C6 cyclone to feeding the material into the kiln, so that the raw material is completely decomposed outside the kiln and then is fed into the kiln, the temperature of the raw material is increased to 1000-1100 DEG C from the original 860-870 DEG C, the heat absorption time of the raw material inthe kiln is shortened, a burning zone is shortened, and the production line yield is greatly increased.
本发明公开了一种干法窑炉大幅度提产无氨逃逸脱硝降耗系统,涉及水泥生产技术领域,本发明在原有干法水泥窑生产线预热器基础上增加了热解炉、C6旋风筒、C0级旋风筒,使物料能够100%分解,降低了系统热耗,提高了回转窑效率,从而提高了产量,降低了煤耗,NOX烟气排放指标小于200mg/m3时不使用脱硝剂,真正实现无氨逃逸脱硝。本发明通过增加一级C6旋风筒,原C5喂入回转窑的生料变更为C6下料入窑,使生料在窑外完全分解后在入窑,生料温度由原来的860‑870℃提高至1000‑1100℃,减少了生料在窑内吸热的时间,变相的缩短了过渡带,延长了烧成带,可以大幅度增加生产线的产量。
